With the AFR 205's with 66cc chambers and .036 gaskets i will reach 11:1 CR?

No.
You will be right in the 10.5:1 area.
Using the .036 gasket you would need a head cc at 62.5 to get 11:1
Using a .040 gasket the head needs to be 62cc.
That is if your using a stock cubic inch/stock stroke length shortblock with flat top pistons.

Agree with JZ's TA I ordered a set of AFR 205's 62 cc, with cometic .040 gaskets, should be 11:1. No problem in central fl w/ 94 octane sunoco and pump 100 if necessary

If i milled my chambers to 62.5cc do you think i will need valve reliefs with my XER273HR-15 comp cam? (.581/.592 224/230 Lobe sep 114)

I have 63cc and 0.040 - should be around 10.7:1. I am also running over .600 lift.

Shouldn't be a problem with 93 and a good tune. Where in FL is a Sunoco with 94? The one by me has 93 and 100.

lake wales sunoco has them both 2.59 for 94, 5.59 for 100 last time i checked
