Default need help on a cam for turbo

i am thinking about getting a cam this winter. I am going to put spring on my stock heads for now until i can aford heads. I have a ls6 intake, ud pulley, and headers with a sts turbo at 5lbs right now plan on going to 7-8lbs soon. i have a torque arm,lca's, and a phr.for suspension stuff. please give me some numbers and what they mean thanks.....BTW i have a nelson tune but am trying to get hp tuners to tune with...

ok so wha does the numbers mean 224/200? and is that enough lift 581? and what does the 116+0 mean

224/220 are the durations
.581/.581 are the lifts (plenty)
116+0 is the lsa with 0 advance in the grind (lsa is lobe separation angle)

Pleas read this a few times.
