Default help identifying used cam

I found a used cam but the guy doesn't know the specs. I plan on taking it to work tonight and checking the lift and duration the best I cam. These are the numbers that are ingraved into the end of the cam HR1442 3766/3767 CC L6308 these are the numbers that are stamped into the end of the cam 5 99 2870 A. Any help anybody could tell me about it would be appreciated.

I measured it and the best I could and came up with 525" of lift and 226* duration single patern. I looked in the comp cams catalog online but couldn't find it, have a link?
