Broken Bolt HLP plz After getting my motor back together I kept losing the pushrod out of the cup on my adjustable rockers. I thought I might have set the rockers up wrong, but after the third time I finally decided to take it back apart and check everything out. I seem to have broken the back bolt on the stand that bolts to the head (shaft mounted rockers bolt to stand: stand bolts to heads) thus allowing the stand to flex just enough to allow the the pushrod to come out of the cup on the rocker. THe bolt is broken off flush and is at the very back. How do I get this thing out being that space is limited and the car is getting tuned on the 18th of july so I have to get something done pretty quick. Gratefull for any help.
Probly going to have to pull the head to drill the bolt You can try to get a ezout and take it out that way or drill, tap and put in a heilcoil. Take a shop vac and put it right next to the drill bit so you dont make to much of a mess.
