i bought a 02 ss and it does't run it run 13.72 on the track a z28 with the y pipe beat me and i will flored and the car wants to cut off and it would not even spin the tires and i don't want to race those GT's outside. can someone tell what's wrong.

 

Take it for a tune up (check plugs, fuel filter, etc...)
