Cam Swap on 02 LS1

I have had one person tell me that a cam swap can be done without opening

the A/C system by having two people hold up the A/C condensor while the

cam is removed and installed. Anyone had any dealings with this? Thanks.

No reason to open the a/c system on a cam install. Just be careful and work slowly because the ac lines are soft but they are pretty flexible. It can be done easily just don't force anything.

just swing the condenser up and towards the pass side, there's enough play in the lines to get it out of the way, just dont force it too far

Yeah, I just dropped the condensor onto the driveway and there was plenty of room
