Default HP and Torque - What to expect

What can I expect to get in terms of RWHP and Torque from this setup on a Z06.

AFR 205 milled to 61cc
LG G5X2-112 LSA
LG Long Tube Headers with Random Tech Cats
Corsa Exhaust
Comp R Lifters
SVO 30# Injectors
Vararam Intake
160 Thermostat
Jwiss Chain
Tune

Will I be able to get 450 RWHP and 410 RW Torque? I was also considering a FAST Intake and 90 TB - Is it worth it?

It terms of idle - Is the G5X-2 112 LSA sound pretty mean - Does anyone have a sound clip? What about drivability?

Any other mods that I hould be considering?

Just wanted to hear from the experts on this forum. Thanks for all of your assistance.

With that heads cam package, 450rwhp sounds about right, not sure on the torque. You might want to think about a pully and a throttle body too. It sounds like your going all out so you might as well do those two at the same time. Your going to have a monster on your hands. Good luck.

have you bought all this stuff yet? im running afrs and f13 cam, havent milled the heads yet cause i was afraid of clearance issues. without a tb and even a bigger intake i would say in the 430-440 range, although the milled heads may help you out even more. do you know what the specs are on the cam? either way she will haul ***, my car will get out of the way now, havent even done 90mm intake or milled the heads down yet either. should be interesting

Not with out a UD pulley and ported TB...

I hit 440/420 (SAE) with your combo plus an UD pulley, ported TB and the F13... why not just go with the G5X3??? I installed one with a set of 59cc AFR205s two weeks ago. The owner (C5) is still in the tuning phase so no dynos yet, but feels stronger than my current setup...

Good Luck,

I have all of the parts and am sending my car in next week to get them installed. I forgot to add that I did get the ASP Underdrive Pulley (Crank and Belts only). I will have to llok into the TB - What should I get for a TB?

The G5X-2 cam specs are listed on LG's page. I spoke with Lou directly and he instructed me on the package. I also have a .045 gastket along with 61cc milled heads for clearance (As I did not want to fly cut the pistons). Thanks for all of the advice.

Ah , no fly-cutting... ok. Getting the pistons fly-cut is really no big deal, heck I did mine in my garage, as well as my friends.

Shaner as well as several vendors here will sell you a ported TB...

I am using a .045 Cometic... I was just under .075. The real reason I cut them was that I knew I was going to try bigger cams down the road...

What did you run for numbers(hp and Tq) I have a similar setup I am installing on my new shortblock, and was looking for some numbers. What do you mean by milling the heads? My new short block has been notched/flycut, but was wondering what is meant by milling heads?

milling the heads pretty much just shaves metal off the bottom surface where it meets the head. this will lower the cumbustion chamber volume giving you more compression which in turn gives you more power. i have not dynoed my set up yet but with stock intake, well ls6, and 66cc heads i would expect to be in the 430-440 rwhp range, could be more could be less but this is a happy medium i have come to find lol
