define good or bad. if you install it will you make more power, sure. however dont install it just because you have it laying around. pick a cam for your application.
FWIW looks like a standard XE-R intake and XE exhaust lobe. whats the the ICL?

Just sell the one you've got, and pick one that you really want after educating yourself on the cams a little more. It sounds to me like your goal is to have a lot of power, but not lose any drivability, idle quality, and gas mileage... Not the easiest thing in the world to do, but look some things up, because there are options.
FWIW (for what it's worth), my goals are the same as I percieve yours to be, and I went with a TR224/224 114 lsa. I drive an '02 6 speed also. Most guys on site swear by this cam. www.thunderracing.com has a dyno chart with several of their grinds, including the 224. Also, run a search in the internal section for 'best cam,' and things like that. JRP up there has some really great info in his signature, and it's all clickable. I recomend you take advantage of it.
