Default type of coolant

hey
my better half noticed today, while she was at our mechanic changing oil - that they added coolant to the T/A

but they added the green coolant

am i hallucinating, or did i read here somewhere that the green stuff should not be used, and orange coolant should be used?

should we flush this or is this ok?

The green doesn't go well with aluminum. I would flush it (if it were mine)and use DEXCOOL it's what gm puts in all aluminum motors.

F-that, I'd take it back and have them flush it. Says under the hood to use Dex-cool only...

There is a yellow kind that can supposedly be added to either green or red, maybe that's what they used.
