Should I be concerned with oil....
in the intake runners?
I pulled the Fast off my ZO6 to see what I could do about the map sensor(I was throwing a map code) and this is what I saw......

The Zo has a catch can so I am a little perplexed on why there is oil there. and it appeared to be an equal coating in all the ports. The Fast was pretty dry, just some oil around the gasket area. any clue on how this oil got there?

i have just installed a catch can on my ws6 and i pulled the throttle body after only 25 miles and found a couple drops of oil on the inside of the tb blade.I know it has to be less then before but i dont think that the catch cans are stopping everything.Mine is an amw what about yours.Thats odd that the fast intake was still pretty dry because thats the only place it can come from is the pcv, unless you have a valve or valley cover leak.
Are you just running a single line from the pvc system to the intake? If your still running a dual line setup from the valve cover, put an inlline gas filter with a smaller micron filter in it. You wouldn't believe the difference
Hes right thats what i do, works good. I use a clear one so i can see when its dirty, and have it just after the catch can. Its from vapor containing oil that just accumulates.

Any auto parts store has fuel filters, some with clear glass and pretty fine filter, and some cheaper plastic ones with paper, or mesh. A micron is a rule of measurement used in filtering, the less the microns the finer the filtering capability. I would use a clear one right after the catch can, so you can see when to replace it. Ideally you would want if you can, to mount the filter vertically, so fallout can fall to the bottom. If you got any though i would change it. I mounted mine at a 45 degree angle, it was my only option, still works great, just needs monitoring often.

No. bottom line goes to the intake and the top line goes to the valley cover. Remember, this is a Z06 with a LS6 engine in it and does not have the same PCV setup as the LS1 with the valve cover setup.
I would also put a breather on the VC since you no longer have the vent line from the VC to the TB...
