stroker cam suggestions

stroker cam suggestions am looking at the thunder 248/254, 620ish lift on say a 112 or 113 vs the futral ive seen soem running at 250/257, 620/640 range. any thoughts on these two appreciated. going in 99 vette 6 speed with all the goodies, iron block 422, etc. thanks for your help, joe also, will be taking the car to the swamp for tuning. any preference in thunder vs futral? looking for best overall tuner that can get idle, driveability, max power.
