Default need help on specs for the ls1

im new to the forum i dont own a camaro or an ls1. im planning on putting an ls1 in my s10 this winter. i wasnt going to go with anything to radical jsut need some info. whats the best cam i can put in it without having clearance issues? also any other parts you guys would recommend me switching out if i do this. i was also planning on boring the block like .030 over and bolting it to a turbo 350 with a 2800 stall converter. is that a good setup?? thanks.

You have alot of learning to do.. You can not bore a LS1 block .030 over. You can hone it a little bit but thats about it unless you want to pay to re-sleeve the block.

TH350 swap is a good choice, TCI makes a converter to make this possible. There are plenty of cams out there that will work as long as you have the bolts on mods to support it..

DO A SEARCH!!!!!!
