I dont wanna sound stupid but what is this other throttle cable for? This is my first LS1. I worked on my buddies Firehawk with him and his didnt have this?

i am 99% sure that is for cruse control. i know what you mean as far as the difference between cars. from what i noticed it is the year of the car. bc i worked on a 99,00,01 and they were all different.

Cruise is different on the 98-00 cars I think.

i have both of those on my car. one is for reg throttle and the other one is cruise control. my car is a 2000 ws6 btw.

it's the cruise control cable. You can trace it back to a chingaso by the battery.

Like the above post, every year is different

That cable is for the CC. On the cars that do not have traction control there will be two cables on the tb, if the car has traction control there will be only one cable attached to the tb.
