Default TSP 225/225 on a 112?

Anyone have this cam? I was wondering how driveability would be with a 6 speed and 3.73's. What kind of power does it put down? Driveability is my main goal, but I also want good power, and I want it to be as lopey sounding as possible. I had a Hotcam in my last SS, now I want more power. I LOVED how the hotcam sounded, and I was wondering if this would sound as good, or better! (better to me is lopier)

TSP cam... 225 x 2 = 450 / 4 = 112.5 - 112 = .5
Hotcam... 219 + 228 = 447 / 4 = 111.75 - 112 = -.25

Not lopier by much
225 has +1* overlap @ .050
Hot cam has 0.5* overlap @ .050

The TSP 231/231 112 would lope much more 7* overlap @ .050

Thumbs up

I have the 225 and used it as a daily driver for a over a year. It's lopier than you would think for the size. You definitly know it has a cam. TSP advertises 390 hp with stock heads and I dyno'd 386 with my own pieced together tune. I just recently put some Tea's on and will be dynoing again to see what the difference is. It's a good street cam with an M6.

Good cam, had it in my cam only a4 car last year, it ran high 11's with Nittos. Great driveabilty, and as someone else already stated it lopes pretty good. After having this cam though I am definatley going bigger this go around. If I still had that car I was gonna swap out something bigger. I guess it depends on your goals, good luck!

I have that cam, pulled 386 , stock tune
The lope is similar to the hot cam , I've had the hot cam before.
I like the tsp 225
Driveability is fine
