how much will it cost to rebuild?

i am looking into building my motor with forged internals this winter and i was wondering if anyone makes a good kit that uses the stock crank. my goal is to spray a 300 or so shot on the motor.

you can buy the ebay ones which i think are mahle or what ever. you can buy a whole short block with diamond pistons, callies rods, stock crank, arp main studs, FM main/rod/cam bearings for only 2699. if you want i have one that will be ready to ship by wednesday.

thats a little out of my range =) and i like to do my own work, does anyone have info on a decent packages someone sells to build hte bottom end?
