Default Lifters and Pushrods

Will my stock lifters be ok to use with the TSP Magic Stick or T-Rex cam, or should I go with some aftermarket ones. My car has 30k. And which pushrods are better, chromemoly or hardened ones?

Thanks guys, Nick........

I dont know of an aftermarket pushrod thats not hardened chromoly. As for the lifters, that depends on how many miles the motor has on it, but if the heads are already off I say do it while your in there.
