Rocker Arm off

Rocker Arm off I did a cam swap a week ago, and I thought I did everything correctly. However, after getting my car tuned I finally got to do WOT through a few gears and afterwards I noticed a ticking sound.
When I got home the car wouldn't run at all. After a few days of troubleshooting I took the passenger side valve cover off and one of the rocker arms was completely off the pushrod and spring!
Well I fixed that problem and re-torqued all the other rocker bolts down again just to be sure. Well the car is running alot better but still a little rough. I'm also throwing a bunch of 02 sensor codes. I have headers and the rear 02's are deleted.
My question is what kinda of damage could have been done with driving 10 miles witha rocker arm off and a valve not opening? Thanks in advance.
