Default Cam TDC alignment and startup question?

Hello yall i have a question i gona be torquing down my rocker arm bolts soon.I been advised to spin the crank 180* then retorque again. Also i read by spining the crank will see if the cam is installed correctly if it spins smoothly. Well i aligned the cam gear to point directly at the TDC dot on the snout pointing up. Will spining the crankshaft 180*degrees our more be a problem at startup? Does alignment dots need to be directly pointing at each other on start up?

Thanks
