I would do a 7.350 with that combo. Stock is a 7.400 with a .052 gasket. If your .030 under on the cam and .009 on the gasket then the small 7.350 would be close enough for stock lifters.

Calcs:
7.38+0.030=7.410
7.410-0.009= 7.401
> 7.40 are your p-rod length needed.
