Engine Cleanrces speces needed

ok i just need a few specs

1 whats is the tolarance for rod to rod Between the 2 rods on the crank.
2 what is the tolarance for piston to bore clearance and where should it be meashure at the skirt or at the top or both

connecting rod side clearance: 0.11-0.51 mm/0.00433-0.02 in.
Piston to bore clearance (production and service limit): 0.018-0.054 mm/0.0007-0.00212 in. (maximum)
sorry can't help you with where to measure.
