best thing to do is check the drag racing forum, dyno section, and E.T database and find people with similar setups to yours.

Typically if you have the correct supporting mods (ie it's all in the COMBO) the larger cams will produce better times. It all depends on your specific application what will run better and how well it will behave on the street.
If you want a cam that size upgrade your converter or gears first for best results. (rear end, clutch if M6)
