What set up did you guys go with? i want emissions legal heads and cam and as much gains as possible i have an 01 formula with mods in sig. And would anyone have any idea how much labor would be aorund for instalation? ive been in Iraq for 12 months and now i got some cash saved up and what better way to spend it than beefn up the formy? thanx in advance guys i appreciate it.

AFR 205 heads and Comp 220/224 114LSA (114 ICL) cam. Emissions legal and will put out some big hp numbers with your current mods. Be sure to add a 3600 stall converter (first) and and ASP underdrive pulley (when you do the cam swap).

Awsome! i already had those heads in mind but wasnt sure about the cam i already got the pulley thanx!!! any idead on how much labor?

You better stay away from L/T Headers, they will kill you!! But how can you leave power on the table??

I have Absolute Speed stg 2 851 heads, w/ TR224 on 112lsa and FLP longtubes. Full open it makes a little over 430rwhp haven't dynoed with cats on and cutout closed.
