heads/cam help

heads/cam help ok guys i need some of your thoughts on selecting a heads/ cam combo for my 01 TA...Car already has most boltons and whatnot...I'd like to see 450whp out of all this noise and a cam that has a nice lumpiness to it at idle...Car is not going to be a daily driver or anything...A FAST 90mm intake will also be going in as well....Almost forgot that i use a little bottle action at the track, but will do without if a nasty cam prohibits using nitrous
please don't tell me to do a search, i'm just looking for some options here on what some other people think about it...i also need websites to visit so i know right where to go also...i don't see too much internet time

TEA/AFR will be your best bet in my oponion.
with a good set of heads, fast 90/90 good compression, a very good tune, and all the major bolt ons a cam like a 224/228 581/588 112 should give you 450 RWHP a nice little lump in the idle and a ton of driveability.
A 228/232 cam, a F13, a F14, G5X3, G5X2 etc will all be good for your goals.
