what cam??? I have a 00 TA all bolt on mods, long tubes, duel exhaust,ls6 intake,ssf 3500 stall,ported tb & maf, custom tune. what would be the best cam for this car,and still be compleatly streetable because my wife drives it to work everyday.but i would like something that has a agrivesive idle?
I just got done putting my tr230 in the car a few days ago. Getting it tuned tom, but its got a very agressive sounding idle, and w/o a tune it is still VERY streetable, so i only expect it to get better after tommorow.

What kind of power are you looking for? I just got done putting in a 224-224 from Thunder Racing in a 02 SS. Runs great. But my favorite cam still is a G5 from www.LGMotorsports.com I've seen 383rwhp up to 392rwhp with just long tubes with the 224/230 581/572 and even more with there bigger cams! I still say call both shops and ask them what would best fit your needs.
