opinions
i was also curious on the difference between the 112 and 114 lsa.. this is for a daily driver, he wants good power, driveability, and gas mileage.. but just wondering the difference between the two lsa's, if they have ne consequece on ne of the above.
i think hes goin with crane dual valve springs, rods, seats and retainers as well.. what are some of your opinions and suggestions, thanks
If he wants some lope (exhaust dependant for how much) a 112 is good, the 114 would give a slightly smoother idle. Power will be the same for most practical purposes.
Tack on a lid if he doesn't already have one, an underdrive pulley, ported throttle body and drag radials. Subframe connectors would be a good choice at this point as well.
Only thing that concerns me is the MAF. What MAF is it? Who will be doing the tuning? Does he still have the stock MAF? You can do some searches on the MAF, but generally the best idea is to just leave it alone.
with the stall.. hes thinking the bigger the stall the more he'll hate it... he doesnt like the thought of waiting for the rpms to climb then goin
although i do agree with what blkz28spt said... i was trying to get multiple opinions and perspectives for my friend, so ne other comments would be appreciated
