what cam to go with? I have a 99 chevy silverado that I am swapping my 5.3 L to a 6.0L out of a 01 denail. Its my daliy driver, and I want it to pass smog. I want the most power. I am kinda new to all of this, i think i might polish and port my heads too. My question is that the best way to make good power, and how much am i looking at. I am going to get it tune too. Would love toi here some input. One more thing is I think i might need to get a TQ also the shop said.
