Question will lifters cause misfires??

Im going to try to swap coil packs again and this time monitor the misfires with efi or tuners, but i would like to know if lifters are also a culprit that could cause misfires on 2 cylinders...

Default missfire

i've caught missfires due to bad injectors, bad plugs, bad gapping on plugs, bad plug wires,or plug wires not connected properly ,...8.5mm MSD wires RULE!..hope that helps, mike
