Compression and head gasket ??? Need answer quick..

I have a forged 377 with JE flat top pistons with a 2cc valve notch. My heads are about 63cc. What gm head gasket do I need to get the most compression without changing the valvetrain geometry

You say GM gasket, the thinnest are .054 graphite
