Default Need cam help

I dont know what numbers to look for or what the numbers mean on cams, I know that they release more hp though, so here it is

What would be a good cam/head combo to get with a 3000 stall on my 98 a4 z28??

Thanks, links would be great!

first get familiar with what a cam is and exactly how it works, there are lots of places on the web that can tell you all about it, then decide force induction or NA, then exactly what do you want from it and how much can you spend.
All these play a big factor and making this decision.

I can't remember the sites off hand, but there is alot of knowledge on this site and most of the sponsors will help you out with what ever you need

just stay away from anything bigger than a .578 lift and .236 duration, with that stall, you should be allright
