What's the normal oil operating pressure?

What's the normal oil operating pressure? What's the normal oil operating pressure?, I installed a bigger cam and a new oil pump, also put a Ls2 timing chain, the oil pump is the new upgrade that I guess they started putting in the 03 vettes. My pressure is been running around 32 to as high as like 65 or so 
and some, under cruising in sixth it stays around 36 to almost 40. Is this normal?
