Default Slirpping noise?

Just wondering what you guys might think the problem is.... The car runs great, doesnt seem to have any power loss from my 01' z28 stock motor/intake at all. The noise doesnt happen while idling or accelerating, only when i let the throttle down it makes a slirpping noise. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out the thread above. Appears to be the same type of noise.
