Cyl Sleve New.... Leaking?

Cyl Sleve New.... Leaking? I have a new LS6 block bought in ebay, the seller indicated that the block had a porosity next to the liner..... 
(size of a big grain of salt)
bought the block
when I was detailing the block and removing castig flash and sharp burs, sand leftover, I washed the block with my pressurewasher very thoroughtly, then dried with compresed air......SURPRISE.........
when I blew air thru the porosity bubles appeared on different parts of the liner (all was obsewrved in the deck) 
checked another cyl with (apparntly) perfect casting, and again some little bubles appeared
IS THIS NORMAL????
