what is a ball park price for a healthy 408 nitrous set-up. Who do you guy's suggest as a builder for this possible project for a 2000c5?

HPE, LME, FFHP... call em all and get pricing. HPE does in-house building and machining, no farming out that's why I went with them. Also, Erik knows his sh*t. But call them all and get a feel. You may feel differently about others.

Yep, consider the above and Futral Motorsports as well, Allan is top notch. As far as price, it really depends on what you want. There are/have been several group purchases for iron block 408's and LS2 block 402's recently, some as cheap as 3800. Keep in mind those are budget builds and you may want to upgrade certain parts, especially the rings, if you're going with nitrous. Talk with the above sponsors about it, they know lots and can point you in the right direction about what suits your wants and needs.
