Good parts suppliers?

Does anyone know of a real good parts supplier that sells quality parts cheap and doesn't charge a restocking fee? I hate when the part does not work as well as expected and I get charged out the *** to return it.

what does it mean to "pm" someone? by the way, spdc charges a restocking fee, anyone know of any places that dont?
