custom piston options for 13/1 346?

custom piston options for 13/1 346? I am rebuilding my engine and am raising the compression to around 13:1 using 5.3 heads, GM MLS gaskets. I am unsure about pistons, I am gonna reuse my stock crank and eagle H beam rods. what are my options, or are there any off the shelf ones I can use?
