~350 i think for a cam swap ... do it yourself tho. Not only will it feel good when the car is back up and running again knowing you did it all yourself. but also, if anything goes wrong down the road, you'll know exactly what it is and how to replace/adjust/fix it. just follow the guide on ls1howto.com and you'll be set.
no problem. and if you run into any snags during the install just post up and we can help ya out. everybody's got a first time for everything, and w/ the knowledge available here it makes it alot easier.
another quiestion? do i HAVE TO buy the complete kit valve, retainers, locks when i get the cam. and what would happen if i got a higher lift cam, like a 232 or something like that
