I was just wondering how strong is the stock hydrolic lifters? How big of a cam can they handle savely? And how big of a cam does everybody run with them and still not have any problems? My car is making alot of bad ticking noise, I was told that its the lifters, but I known people that runs much bigger cam than mine with the stock lifters and still be okay. My cam size is in the sig.

They can handle up to .600 lifts with proper preload.

well so with mine valve tran set up and not abuse it should stock lifters be fine for my cam? or should I get some after market ones?

They will be fine if they are in good condition.
