Default Cam Size Question and Motor Question???

Have a question for ya about what's the biggest size cam I can run(in some sense). Looking to install a 402 in my 00 T/A. But I have a chance to get a couple of different motors. The first is a 370 solid roller motor or a 408. Is there an advantage to the solid roller? Some people have told me to stick w/ the 408.

Final question is this? I have an A4 T/A w/ 3200 stall. Whats the biggest cam I can run in the 408 w/out have surging or stalling problems?
The 370 has a 248/254 .69x/.69x 112lsa solid roller Comp cam. I think that cam will be problems for my A4. Thats the info I got for that motor.

Each motor has roughly 2k miles on it. The car will be streetable and driven about 3 times a week.

Thanks for the info.
