Default Dart Heads...Lots of questions please>>

Thinking about buying the Dart Pro1 heads (205cc) for my 02 Z28.
Going to go with the 228R cam from Texas-speed

Do I still buy aftermarket pushrods? What length?
I can use my stock rockers, correct?
Thinking about using a .51 Cometic head gasket. Any other options? What is the Cometic part number?
Should I buy ARP head bolts? Anyone know the part number?

What else will I need...I also run a 100 dry shot.

THanks

I ran a search but I dont see alot of answers in relation to these heads.

Thanks

Everything that can be used with/on your stock heads will work with the Dart heads. The only (and minor) exception to this is the necessity to grind the "tabs" off the ends of the bridge that the stock rockers sit on top of. Aftermarket rockers would go on without any modifications. Gaskets, head bolts, headers, etc. are the same as any other LS1 type engine.

If you have a 3.910" bore the Cometic # is c5475, 4.130" is #c5317, 4.160 is #c5318
Hope that helps you.

Dart says to use 4.100" bore head gaskets. Should you use the one a little larger? I do not see any one with the C5317 gaskets listed.

I used the GM 6.0 MLS gaskets on mine due to the slightly wider chamber on the Dart head.
