Question 97 - 98 Block Boring & Honing Limits

What are the max boring and honing limits you can do "safely" do on a 97 - 98 block?

Would it be wise to do this on a boosted engine, say 8-12lbs boost?

Had my 97' block done (everything). There is no boring of the block, only honing. 3.898" to 3.903" pistons. The liners are only about .1" thick. I am going twin turbo but will have to keep the tune to a reasonable limit . If I was back at the beginning (many dollars ago) I would probably look for a deal on a later 6.0 iron block but I also like having the original block in my Vette'.
