Perimiter bolt heads for 02 SS?

Perimiter bolt heads for 02 SS? To introduce, I post under the same name on LS2.com. Someone is interested in selling me a set of:
Stage 1 PORTED perimitor bolt LS-1 HEADS. READY TO INSTALL. THE INTAKE IS FLOWING 250 CFM @ .550 LIFT AND THE EXHAUST IS FLOWING 200 CFM @ .550 THESE HEADS ARE COMPLETE HEADS READY TO BOLT ON.
PERFORMANCE LS1 2.00 INTAKE VALVES
PERFORMANCE LS1 1.55 EXHAUST VALVES
VALVES ARE BACK CUT
CHROME VALVE SEATS
COMPETITION 3 ANGLE VALVE JOB. VALVE SPRINGS (GOOD TO .550 LIFT)
HARDENED RETAINERS
HARDENED LOCKS
HARDENED SEATS
VITON VALVE SEALS
Will these just bolt on to my 02 SS A4? I am unsure as I thought perimiter bolt were not for my year (center bolt). Whats the difference? What will I need? Also will they provide an increase in power?
Lastly, would you recommend a 221/221 cam or 224/224 for a daily driver with this package? the 221 is a Lunati LS1 Camshaft - 221 / 221 .558 / .558 114 LSA 6600 RPM Power Band.

The heads will bolt on to your car, but you would have to buy new covers and so forth. Not really much since in all that. Keep looking around and you'll find a nice set of used heads that deffinatlly flow better than what those are advertising. FWIW, I'd use a 224 cam.
