Default Highest lift?

What kind of lift are you guys running with stock ls1 heads. Oh yeah 2002 WS6. I have stock heads, stock gaskets, TSP pushrods, Comp cams 1.75 rollers. But with those rockers the lift will be about .615 with the cam I have. What would be the piston to valve clearance on this cam? Thanks.

It depends on your valve timing as far as the lift at each point during the duration to the point the valve is open.
Basically the only "True" method to find out how much clearance you have exactly is to measure because each cam is different.
