H/C install, Codes and valvetrain noise

H/C install, Codes and valvetrain noise 01 SS, I put MTI SG2E heads, TR224 with stock length pushrods. I have heard the stories about the sewing machine sound. Thi sthing def has that. Normal correct? With this setup anyway. Also, since the install, there has been 3 codes, 2 of which are reoccurring. Random misfire, yeah, I figure what that one is, bank 1 FT lean, and HO2 Sensor heater circuit.......I know it needs to get tuned but I just want to make sure nothign totally out of the ordinary is going on. This was my first h/c swap. I hooked up a Tech 2 to it earlier, the O2 mV were right in line with my 01 Z28, actaully a lil bit fatter. Most of the time it throws the codes, is on start up or when its idling.
