ok guys its gettin closer to winter and its gettin time to install a cam for my car..after reserching the threads and posts ive come up wit a few i like like the majic stick cam and some comp cam xe's....My car is my daily driver so i like to keep it drivable cuz theirs is really no tuning shops around my area to computer tune my car ..SO i got my hew headers and exhaust coming this week to put on so that takes car of exhaust but what cams would you guys suggest i like the YOu know Muscle car sound cams the big lopes and stuff...but could i just send my computer to sumone have them program it and be fine or what please help runnign out of time and money lol thanks

 

You might be interested in purchasing the tuning tools yourself. That way you can do the tuning and get plenty of help from the guys in the PCM section.

If you want to go with something in the 228 range or bigger you're not going be as driveable without a tune. I put a TR224 in my car and it wasn't that fun untuned.

Since you have the gears, your options are pretty much wide open.
