Cam opinion?

I guess i'm going to go with a 224 cam but not sure what brand. I was looking at thunder racing, futral motorsports, and comp cams. Any opinions for a stock ls1 with 5.3 heads and lt headers?

I would go 224/228 Comp if I were using it in a truck.

what else would i need to complement the cam? some springs and pushrods... I just want to make sure I do everything right while the motor is out.
