When it comes right down to it, it really doesn't make any difference which one you use. Personally, I'd sell them both and start with an LS2 block.

just out of those 2 I would choose the 02 block. but for a forced induction at least in my opinion sell the 98 block and get you an iron block. first you add about 24cubic inches with the stock crank and 4 inch bore of te iron block. and second iron hold together better under extreme amounts of boost.

sell both and get an ls2. if you were dead set on using the ls1 block I would say build the 98 up only becasue it is out of the car and you can take your time to make sure everything is right. people always run into problems when building a motor or change which way they want to go. this way you can still enjoy your car.

out of the 2 its the same thing basically, i just htink the 98 will be easier cause its out of the car and all, and u can have ur car working till u need to swap them out.

my other choice would be selling and getting an ls2 block like mostly everyone else on here stated

You need to reduce the size of your sig. There is a limit and you are far beyond it. I can't even view the whole page without scrolling side to side a little because of it. I believe it's something like 150 x 500

Given a choice, I'd go with an iron block.

i really doubt the limit 150x500 and if it is then urs is over the limit too, so fix it... urs is 360x155 so one of ur dimensions is way over...

I suppose it's probably 500 x 150.

Thank you for fixing it.
