Yeah.... if you're only driving 10k/year. How often you change your springs is up to you and your set up, but you should be aware that it's recommended evey 20k w/after market cams. Of course it's more critical with a radical lobe and big lift/duration, but even w/918's and under .600 lift, a couple of years might be gambling a little...imho

They're not too far apart, but you'll make more HP at top end with the F13. I'm sure it could go wither way at the low end of the power band with regard to TQ, and would depend a lot on set up.

You can go bigger, sound is more dependent on exhaust set up than the cam. Of course the noisier exhaust systems seem to breath a lot better, and so give more power. So, if you want to put up with a restricted exhaust, you'll still be quiet with a big cam. ..also, don't rev the engine at work...

My exhaust setup right now is probably only slightly more restrictive than dumped true duals with bullets... Mine go out to the back through spiral flows. And as for revving at work... lol I don't... Old building, the windows actually seem to amplify outside sound rather than block it.

I have the same setup on my 01 z28 minus the ported throttle body and asp pulley. My cam is the same duration and LSA, but .588 lift. I pulled 422 rwhp and 408 rwtq tuned and it feels great through the power band.

A 228/228 112 will give you a noticeable bump in power
