Default Camshaft

Hey everybody, this is my first post here and it is a question. I tried a search but came up empty with what i was looking for. I want to get a Cam this summer, but i have the stock heads and manifolds on my car now. The manifolds will give way to headers in the future, but the heads will stay. I am looking for a streetable cam ( one i can drive with everyday w/o any worries). I have read up on the Hotcam and it seems like a decent choice. I like the sound of it from what i have heard in sound clips. Any advice aould be great. Thanks in advance.

If you want good driveability then plus sound then I would say the TR 224/224 561/561 cam or comps XER 224/224 581/581.The hot cam is nice but The only reason to get it is because dollar wise its the best bang for the buck cam package out there. You will be a few ponies short going with a hot cam.Its all up to you though. If you want a cam without tuning then I would say a 218/218 or 216/220 something of that nature you can get by with no tuning. The rest I am not sure but I beleive it has been done by others.
