Default pushrod guideplates

just wondering if I should install them since I'm going w/ tsp 231/237 112 lsa cam and PP heads?
should I install if I'm going to set rev limit past 6500 rpm? who is using them on there ls1? do you all think I should just to be safe? what r the pro's and cons? any info would be appreciated.

No real point with stock rockers since the rocker can't travel side to side once torqued down.
