i have a 4k stall, stock 3.23 gears, stock intake

Depends on your goals.
Will it work for you.....??? Well, it'll run, if that's what you want to know.
It will idle moderately rough, and is small enough that your stall and gears should be okay. Longer exhaust duration will be good for forced induction.
Other than that... Just have to do your homework. (or at the very least tell us what you want to end up with)

well, s346k... not really true... its all about combo. the goal is to have about max trq from 4K and up a few hundred, then make the max power from the 5300-5900 range (shift ext.)
and spec, the cam is going to run its best w/ an ls6 intake, ported TB, and a pulley... remember,you got hook ups
